Linking your content to the right user groups is essential—if it's not linked, it won’t show up in the app at all.
Below the explanation on you to how to use AND, OR, GROUP, and NOT to manage who can access what.
⚙️ How the logic works
🟢 OR = Add users from either group
Use this when you want to link multiple groups to the same content.
👉 Everyone in any of the listed groups will see the content.
Example:
France OR Germany → all users in France + all users in Germany can access the content.
🔵 AND = Add users from both groups
Use this when you want to be more specific and target only users who belong to all the selected groups.
Example:
France AND Store employee → only users who are in both the France group and the Store employee group will see the content.
🟡 GROUP = Link to one specific group
Use this when you want to link content to just one user group.
Example:
Linking to the group Default Group → everyone in that group will see the content.
🔴 NOT = Exclude a group from seeing content
Use this when you want everyone except a certain group to access the content.
Example:
NOT France → all users except those in the France group will have access.
