The Standard Dashboard in MobieTrain

📊 Your built-in view of learning performance and engagement

Updated today

Keeping track of how your teams learn and engage shouldn’t be complicated. That’s why MobieTrain’s standard dashboard gives you a clear, instant overview of the most important data — all directly inside your CMS. No setup delays, no waiting for reports, just quick insights to help you take action faster.

🎯 What the Dashboard Offers
The standard dashboard is designed to give admins a high-level, accurate snapshot of their MobieTrain account. You’ll see all learning formats, engagement levels, milestones, and user activity — all in one place.

It’s built to be relevant and reliable, showing consistent data with your exports and CMS. Tooltips throughout the dashboard explain what each chart means, helping everyone understand the insights with confidence.

🧭 Why It’s Better Than Before
The latest version offers:

  • More relevance — covers all learning formats and improved engagement metrics.

  • More clarity — consistent data and helpful tooltips for every graph.

  • More control — you can filter and segment the data however you need.

  • Faster access — open it directly in the CMS, no setup or waiting required.

  • More security — data stays within your MobieTrain environment.

🛠️ How It Works
The dashboard is embedded directly in the CMS, meaning you can access it without needing extra scripts or permissions. It’s refreshed once a day, so every morning you’ll see the latest available data.

If your account existed before July 2024, the data history starts from that point; newer accounts will show data from their creation date.

Know that each action is logged based on its original context — for example, if a user moves between locations, their registration remains linked to the original store. So every action is linked to the historical data at that moment in time.

📋 What to Keep in Mind

  • One for all: The dashboard follows a standard template — this keeps it consistent and ensures quick performance. This dashboard cannot be customized to specific needs. If you are in need for a custom dashboard, you are able to build one in your preferred BI tool with our reporting API's.

  • One per account: Each MobieTrain account has its own dashboard view. If you have multiple accounts or a reseller structure, take this in mind.

  • No tables: Dashboards are for general overviews. If you really want to dig into the individual results, you might better opt for the reporting API's or the data export in the CMS!
