Are you having trouble accessing or completing your milestones in MobieTrain? Milestones are key checkpoints in your learning journey, so it’s important to understand how to unlock and complete them. Below, you’ll find the most common issues and how to solve them!
❓ Why Can’t I See Milestones on My Account?
To view or start milestones, the following requirements must be met:
✅ Milestone plugin enabled: Your MobieTrain administrator must enable the milestone plugin for your account.
✅ Published milestones: Your administrator must have published milestones for you to access.
✅ Available module: At least one module within the milestone must be available for you to play.
If any of these conditions aren’t met, you won’t see milestones on your dashboard.
📝 Why Does My Milestone Have 0 Modules to Complete?
If you see a milestone with 0 modules to complete, it means:
Some content is locked within that milestone.
This usually happens when a module is dependent on another module that hasn’t been unlocked yet.
Example:
You have a locked Training A that is dependent on Training B.
Training A will only become visible once Training B is completed and unlocked.
🚫 Why Can’t I Complete My Milestone?
Some milestones include an event that must be completed.
Your participation in the event must be confirmed by your manager or administrator.
If you miss the registration deadline or the event ends, you won’t be able to complete the milestone.
Make sure you register on time and confirm your attendance to prevent delays!
