🧑💻 What info do I need to invite someone?
Before inviting a user, make sure you have the following info ready:
First name
Last name
Email address
Phone number (optional, but email takes priority)
Job position (optional)
Stores (mandatory if the user will be a manager)
At least one user group
Without a user group, the user won’t see any learning content when logging into the app.
📍 Where do I invite users?
Go to the CMS: https://cms.mobietrain.com
Navigate to the User Management tab
Click on “Invite User”
Open the Invite User form
📝 Filling in the Invite User form
In the form, enter the user’s:
First name
Last name
Email address (or phone number – email takes priority)
Job position (optional)
User/company ID (optional)
Store(s) – mandatory for managers
Don’t forget to:
Select at least one user group
Agree to the user agreement
Choose the preferred language for the invitation email
✅ Hit Invite to send the invitation
📧 What happens after the invite?
The user receives an invitation email
Until they register, they’ll stay in the Invited Users tab
If a manager is invited without a store, they’ll be blocked after selecting a language in the app and won’t be able to proceed.
🕒 What if they don’t register?
The invitation remains valid for 60 days
Users receive reminder emails at regular intervals
After 60 days, unregistered accounts are deleted for GDPR compliance
🟡 Yellow marker = 7 days left before expiration
🔴 Red marker = 3 days left before expiration
🔁 Can I resend the invitation?
Yes! You can resend the invite from the Invited Users tab.
Note: the resend button will be inactive if it was used less than 24 hours ago.
