Sometimes, you may want to give access to MobieTrain without using personal user data like email addresses or phone numbers. That’s where anonymous users come in handy.
Here’s how you can create one step by step:
🔧 Step-by-Step: Create an Anonymous User
Go to the CMS
Log in to https://cms.mobietrain.com with your admin credentials.Navigate to User Management
In the main menu, go to User Management.Open the “Create User” Tab
Click the Create User tab to open the user creation form.
Fill in the Required Fields
Complete the form using generic values for First Name, Last Name, etc.
For example, use "User001" as a placeholder name.
(Note: You can leave the email and phone number fields empty for anonymous users.)
Click the “Create” Button
Once the form is complete, the Create button will become active. Click it to generate the user account.
Receive Login Credentials
After creating the user, a username and password will be shown on the screen.
Save these details — they are needed to log in to the MobieTrain app.
