Self-registration is your go-to solution!
Head over to User Management in the CMS and look for the Self Registration option.

The beauty of self-registration? You donโt need a user list or even know exactly whoโs signing up!
You simply:
Generate a self-registration link
Share it wherever you want:
๐งพ As a QR-code in your storeโs coffee corners
๐ฌ In a team communication app
๐ With external partners like interim agencies
Your future users just:
Enter their email address
Validate it via the confirmation mail โ
Done! Theyโre now part of your MobieTrain platform.

๐ง How do I segment users?
Great question โ and weโve got you covered!
While creating your self-registration link, you can predefine:
๐ฏ User groups
๐ช Stores
That means anyone registering via that link will be assigned to those settings automatically. โ
You can even track registrations per link:
Click the ๐ค icon in the Self Registration tab
Or use filters in the Users tab
๐ "Wow, my user count is on a roll!"
That's the goal! But if things get a bit too fast โ no problem. Youโre still in full control:
Deactivate the link at any time ๐
No one will be able to register via that link anymore
Already registered users stay active โ you can review or remove them via User Management
โ ๏ธ One more thing!
Yes, this link invites new users โ but it can also update existing users.
If an existing user clicks the link and enters the same email address as the one in the system:
Their profile will get the user groups and stores linked to the registration link โ automatically!
๐ก Tip: If existing users might use the link, double-check that all your users have an email address saved in CMS.
