✅ Step 1: Activate the Coaching Tool
Log in to your CMS.
Look for the ‘Coaching Tool’ in the navigation bar.
🛠 Don’t see it?
🔐 No access? → Contact Customer Success to enable the Coaching Tool.
👤 Not an admin? → Only users with admin rights can set up Coaching Tool settings. Contact your admin for access.
👥 Step 2: Assign Coaches & Coachees
As an admin, you assign:
Coaches – those who will guide others.
Coachees – users who will receive coaching.
✅ You can select any existing user in the MobieTrain platform.
💡 PRO TIP:
Start by setting up your user management properly. It can be fully automated for scalability.
🎯 Step 3: Let the Coaching Begin!
Once assigned:
🧭 Coaches and coachees will see the Coaching Tool in their App navigation bar.
👨🏫 Coaches are redirected to:
https://app.coaching.mobietrain.com
Bookmark it for quick access!📈 Coachees will see their growth plan directly in the MobieTrain App.
