Is there an onboarding process for the users?


Yes! Onboarding 2.0 📲

For our previous onboarding method, we created a demo video that every new user would see once they had logged in. Now we have decided to take it a step further and work with onboarding screens that will guide the user through the app, step by step. This means that new users will get more information at the moment they need it and be able to instantly learn about new features.


When you log in for the first time, the user will see a short explanation about the learning path, the different topics and learning moments. Once the user starts exploring the app more in-depth and clicks on new items, they will see an explanation slide. 


The same goes for new questions: when users come across new question types for the first time, they will receive some information, explaining how that particular question works while playing it.


This way, we don’t overload the user with too much information at once, but provide the opportunity for instant learning, giving them the chance to explore the app at their own pace.
