What it the event planner?
So, you have a team and you're responsible for managing their registrations for live events, such as workshops, classroom trainings, webinars and others.
This can easily be done via MobieTrain! Read more on what the event planner is here, or get started immediately via the instructions below!
How to get started?
Login into the CMS via https://cms.mobietrain.com.
Then go to ‘Event Planning’ in the navigation bar. Here you will see an overview all events. You can select the one for you would like to see or adjust the participants.
Choose the correct session
In the overview, you’ll be able to choose the event date / location in the top right corner. You can then assign people from your team to the event. You also have the ability to decline registrations, if this doesn’t fit the staff planning, for example. And then assign those team members to a session on a different date.
Your team members are automatically informed that they’re assigned to the event, and can also see all the event details in their app.
