What does the label on my event mean? | MobieTrain Help Center

MobieTrain events come with status labels that help you understand your registration status at a glance. Let’s break down what each label means and what you can do next.

🏁 Status Labels Explained:

🟢 Open:

The event is available for you to register or show interest.
You can click to sign up for the session or indicate that you’re interested.

✅ Registered:

You have successfully registered for the event.
You can:
- Add the event to your calendar
- View the location if it’s been added
- Cancel your registration if needed

📌 Assigned:

You were assigned by your manager or admin to the event.
You can:
- View the event location if it’s been added
- Access location links
- ❗ Note: You cannot cancel your assignment.

⭐ Interested:

You’ve shown interest in attending the event.
Next steps:
- Your manager/admin will decide if you’re assigned to a session.
- If declined, you can still register for different sessions.

⏳ Past:

The event has already taken place, or all sessions are complete.
You can no longer register or attend.
