The system will automatically suggest relevant learning materials based on session outcomes, while users will stay informed with newsfeed updates and suggested learning items based on the performance during the coaching session. This personalized coaching interaction will not only boost user performance but also provide clearer visibility to HR, store managers, and other stakeholders.

These coaching components are fully customizable by the admin in MobieTrain's CMS, ensuring the tool adapts to your organization's needs. It also blends in perfectly with the MobieTrain App that your employees use.
