🧭 Why Use Coaching Reports?

MobieTrain’s Coaching Tool comes with standardized reports so you can:

  • Track coaching sessions across your entire organization

  • Replace emails, scattered Excel files, and screenshots with consistent, centralized data

  • Measure coaching effectiveness and follow-up tasks with ease

⏰ When to Use It

Use these reports:

  • Anytime you need real-time insights on coaching sessions

  • For monthly reports, performance reviews, or organizational overviews

  • To integrate with PowerBI or your internal reporting tools (contact Customer Success for integration options)

📥 How to Export Coaching Reports

  1. Log in to the MobieTrain CMS as an admin

  2. Navigate to the Coaching Tool section

  3. Open the Export tab

There, you’ll find 4 types of downloadable reports (CSV format):

1️⃣ Coachings Export

Get an overview of:

  • All coaching sessions per coach and coachee

  • Dates, topics discussed, and scores given

➡️ Use this to track participation and performance over time.

2️⃣ Growth Plan Export

See every coachee's:

  • Action items and tasks based on coaching feedback

  • Statuses (e.g. completed, in progress) and deadlines

➡️ Helps follow up on accountability and support growth trajectories.

3️⃣ Coaching Conclusions Export

Track:

  • The number of coaching conclusion emails sent to coachees

  • The actual content of those emails

➡️ Useful for auditing coaching communications and tone.

4️⃣ Time Report Export

See:

  • The time investment per topic made by each coach

  • Aggregated view – no coachee data included

➡️ Great for understanding where coaching time is spent organizationally.
