What is it?
If you are using the coaching tool, you can view some of our standardized coaching reports. This ensures that you have the same reporting over all coaches and coachees in your organization. You are in the driver seat, tracking progress all over the organization instead of summarising mails with extensive reports, complex excelfiles and print screens of personal notes.
When should you use it?
These reports can be downloaded at any moment when you're in need for insights on coaching sessions within your organization. You can either export it in csv format or import this data automatically into your own data platform, such as PowerBI. Please let your Customer Success Manager know if you're in need for this type of integration.
How can you use it?
When you login into MobieTrain's CMS as an admin, you can export this data in the coaching tool section. Within the export tab, you can find 4 types of reports:
The coachings export provides an overview of all coaching sessions per coach and per coachee, including the timing and topic that was assessed during the coaching as well as the score that was granted.
The growth plan export contains all specific actions for each coachee to take based on his coaching, including the task status and the deadline. These tasks are also displayed for the coachee in the app.
The coaching conclusions show the number of e-mail conclusions send to the coachees, as well as the content of that e-mail.
The time reports explains the amount of time that has been spend by coaches on one topic. It does not contain any coachee data.
