Can I manage my users manually in the CMS?

🔧 Easy adjustment within a few clicks

Updated over a week ago

Whether you're updating a single user or managing your population in bulk — it’s all possible right inside the CMS.

👤 Managing a single user

Head to User Management, and click the three dots to the right of any user.
From there, you can make quick changes for just that person.

👥 Managing multiple users at once

Need to update several users in one go?
Use the bulk action buttons at the top of the User Management tab.

⚙️ What can I do when managing users?

Here’s what’s possible manually in the CMS:

  • Delete a user

  • Change someone's user role (user / manager / admin)

  • Add or remove user groups

  • Add or remove stores

  • Add or remove job positions

Important: To delete an admin, first change their role to “User.” Once that’s done, you’ll be able to delete them.

🚨 If you're using an integration...

If your platform is connected to an internal system (like HR software), that integration may override manual changes for certain fields.

Specifically, you can’t manually edit user groups or stores that are controlled by the integration.

Why? Every time the user logs in, MobieTrain syncs their profile with your internal setup — automatically resetting any manual changes made to those fields.

✅ Best Practice

For full flexibility with manual management, we recommend disabling those fields in your integration — or working closely with your internal IT team to update them at the source.
