We’re thrilled to have you join MobieTrain! šŸŽ‰ After signing up, you should receive a registration email from [email protected] with all the details you need to complete your registration. But sometimes, emails can take unexpected detours...

If you haven’t seen it pop up in your inbox, don’t worry—we’ve got you covered! Here’s a quick guide to help you track it down and make sure MobieTrain emails always land where they should.

šŸ“¬ Check Your Spam or Junk Folder

Sometimes, our emails may accidentally get filtered out. To make sure you don’t miss it:

  • Go to your Spam, Junk, or Clutter folder.

  • Search for [email protected].

  • If you find it there, mark it as Not Spam to prevent it from happening again.

šŸ¢ Corporate Email? Check with IT!

If you’re using a corporate email address, it’s possible that your company’s spam filter blocked it.

  • Ask your IT department to whitelist [email protected].

  • Ensure that MobieTrain emails aren’t being blocked by your company’s firewall or spam filter.

  • You can also ask them to check if the email was quarantined.

  1. Ask you L&D or HR manager to visit the MobieTrain portal.

  2. Access the user management and invited users

  3. Click "Resend Activation Email".

  4. Check your inbox again.
