Forgot your password? No worries! Getting back into your MobieTrain account is quick and easy. Just follow the steps below to reset your password and regain access.

🔐 How to Reset Your Password:

Visit https://app.mobietrain.com.
Enter your email address or phone number (if registered with your phone number) associated with your MobieTrain account.
Click on Use my password.
You will see a Forgot my password button—click it.
Fill in your email address or phone number (if registered with your phone number) once again and submit the form.

✉️ Check Your Email:

After completing the steps, you’ll receive a magic link in your inbox or by text. Simply click the link, and you’ll be redirected to reset your password.

📌 Tip: If you don’t see the email in your inbox, make sure to check your Spam or Junk folder.

💡 Best Practices & Recommendations:

Ensure your email address or phone number is entered correctly—typos can prevent the email from arriving.
Add [email protected] to your Safe Senders list to prevent password reset emails from going to spam.
If you’re using a company email, ask your IT department to whitelist MobieTrain emails.
