WHAT IS IT
The event planner is a feature within MobieTrain to organize & communicate about physical and virtual training sessions that take place on a certain date. This can be for example a physical classroom training or an online Q&A session with an expert.
Thanks to this MobieTrain feature, users easily have an overview of all their physical and digital learning content in one and the same overview! They'll be able to enroll for these training sessions from the same starting point as they start a new microlearning.
As an admin you can:
- communicate the dates, sessions & language of the training
- decide which (types of) users can or should enroll for this training
- monitor subscriptions and cancellations
WHY DID WE BUILD IT
Real knowledge retention is all in the mix! Offer your users a microlearning concerning a topic, followed by a live training session and send them a quiz before they rewatch the short video with the highlights of the training on their phone, which they discuss with their peers on the workfloor.
Moreover, some things are just easier and more efficient to achieve in a live training session. It's that simple. Summarized: this blendend learning approach ensures that your users not only consume the knowledge they need, but also remind the knowledge and thus use it.
Therefore, it was quite straightforward that blended learning should be supported by MobieTrain. This way, your users can see all their should do and could do trainings in one overview. You don't want them to open 3 different apps, just to know what is next on their training schedule.
Another plus for you as an admin and for managers is that all data concerning these combined training initiatives is available in the MobieTrain dashboard and data exports.
WHEN SHOULD YOU USE IT
As the advantages above mention, you should totally invest in blended learning and the event planner is the tool to support you in that strategy. It is available for all MobieTrain clients, so why don't you get started right away? Read here on how to do so.
