Step 1 - Activate the Coaching Tool
Login into your CMS. On the navigation bar, you should see the section 'Coaching Tool'. If not:
- You might not have access to the Coaching Tool. Please contact Customer Success in order to grant you access.
- You might not have the correct role to access the Coaching Tool settings. These settings can only be adjusted by 'admins'. So please contact your admin in order to complete the setup.
Step 2 - Choose your coaches & coachees
As an admin, you determine who can be a coach and who needs one. You'll be able to select any of your users in the MobieTrain platform in the role of coach or coachee.
This way, each coach will be able to login into the Coaching Tool and see an overview of the people he's coaching.

Step 3 - Let the coaching begin!
Your coaches and coachees will now see the coaching tool in the navigation bar when they login into the MobieTrain App.
When the coaches click this item in the navigation bar, they are redirected to app.coaching.mobietrain.com and see the full coaching app. They can also go directly to this link and save it as a bookmark.
The coachees will see their growth plan directly in the App.
