Can I resend the registration e-mail to my users?

🔁 How does it work?

We get it — sometimes users miss their invitation.
That’s why we’ve made it super easy to resend the registration e-mail whenever needed.

✅ New users are already reminded automatically after 7 and 21 days if they haven’t registered yet.
✅ But you can also take matters into your own hands and send it manually at any time!

👤 Resend for one user

Just go to the User Management tab, use the filters at the top to find the user you're looking for, click on the three dots next to their name, and hit Resend Invitation. Done!

👥 Resend for multiple users

Want to send a reminder to several users at once?

  • Use the filters to select the group you want

  • Click ‘Select all’

  • Choose Resend Invitations — and boom! They’re all reminded 🚀
