โœ… How to Add a Language to a Learning Path

If you work in an international environment, itโ€™s a good idea to make your training content available in multiple languages.

Step-by-step:

  1. Open your Internet browser (e.g., Google Chrome) and go to https://cms.mobietrain.com.

  2. Navigate to the Learning Paths tab.

  3. Open the crash course or learning path you want to translate.

  4. Go to the fourth tab: Language.

  5. You'll see English is locked โ€” this is your default language.

  6. Click "Add new language" and select a language from the dropdown.

  7. Click "Create Language" to generate the new version of your path.

๐ŸŒ Translating Your Content

Option 1: Translate via CSV Export/Import

  • Click the CSV export button to download a file of all translatable text.

  • Send this file to a translation agency.

  • Once translated, re-import the CSV.

  • Select the appropriate language during import.

Option 2: Translate Manually

  • Expand each module using the dropdown arrow.

  • Click the pen icon next to each field.

  • Manually input your translation on the right.

  • Donโ€™t forget to save after each section.

๐Ÿ” Previewing the Translated Version

You can preview the path in other languages:

  1. Click the Preview button in the CMS.

  2. Use the language dropdown in the preview to switch between languages.

๐Ÿ“ฑ Viewing Translated Content in the App

  • Open the MobieTrain app and log in.

  • By default, the training will appear in the default language (e.g., English).

  • To view the content in another language (e.g., Dutch), go to language settings in the app.
