How to use automatic translations?

Updated over 3 weeks ago

The automatic translation feature is available for all types learning paths. To get started, open your training and add a translation (as usual).

If the feature is enabled on your account, you'll find translation buttons next to each section. To sparkle some automatic translation magic, simply press the translate button next to the section you want to translate... πŸŽ‡

After your translation has magically spawned, make sure to review your changes for final approval. Once everything is the way it should be.. you're ready to learn in a new language!

Some final tips to make sure you get the best results without any unwanted behavior:

  • In your default language text, avoid markup near the end of sentences or clauses. example: 'This is a red car, not a blue one' instead of 'This car is red, this is one is blue.'

  • Do you need use multiple special characters in a row or at the end of your sentence? Make sure to include all the special characters in your source text markup. example: use ' Any questions?' instead of 'Any questions?'

  • Try to limit processing your source text. This might create some weird looking characters. example: Copying a text from the web, pasting into excel, saving the Excel then finally copying text from Excel into MobieTrain. Just pick one :)
