How to use automatic translations?

🌍 Extra languages with one click of a button

Updated over a week ago

Automatic translations make it faster and easier to scale your learning paths across languages. With just a click, you can generate translated content and deliver training in multiple languages—all while keeping quality under control.

✅ Requirements

  • Automatic translation must be enabled for your account.

  • Works on all types of learning paths.

  • You must first add a translation language to your training.

✨ How to Use It

  1. Open the training you want to translate.

  2. Add a translation language (as you would normally).

  3. If automatic translations are enabled, you'll see a Translate button next to each section.

  4. Click the Translate button on the section you want to translate. MobieTrain’s magic will take care of the rest! 🎇

  5. Review the auto-generated translation carefully. Edit if needed to ensure clarity and tone.

  6. Once everything looks great, you’re ready to go multilingual! 🚀

💡 Tips for Best Results

To ensure high-quality translations and avoid strange formatting or output, follow these tips:

✔️ Avoid markup at the end of sentences

This car is red, this is one is blue.
This is a red car, not a blue one.

✔️ Include special characters inside the source text markup

✔️ Keep your source text clean

Avoid copying and pasting text between too many platforms (e.g., web → Excel → Word → MobieTrain), as this may introduce hidden formatting or characters.
✅ Instead, copy directly from one clean source.
