What does the 'catch up limit' function do?

Every week, new learning moments become available to play. However, if someone doesn’t use the app for a while they will be able to ‘catch up’ with these learning moments once they’re back. To avoid that they will be overwhelmed with the amount of available learning moments, you can lock a specific amount of available learning moments to catch up with per week.
