What is it?

Users will be able to see how they are progressing in their learning journey compared to their peers. Whenever they complete a course in MobieTrain, they receive experience points. Those points will determine their place in the leaderboard.

Why did we build it?

This gamification element automatically drives the user’s mindset to get trainings done and to return to the app more often.

Leaderboards help with: 

• Motivation and Engagement: Without a leaderboard, users are missing a way to measure their progress against their peers. This can lead to decreased motivation and engagement.
• Recognition and Reward: Recognition is a powerful motivator. Without leaderboards, high-performing users do not receive the acknowledgment they deserve. This can lead to a reduced effort of the users and let them ask the question, why do I have to come back to the platform?
• Gamification: Leaderboards are a part of gamification, adding an element of fun and competition that can significantly improve user engagement. 
  
  

When should you use it?

Leaderboards are a standard built-in feature of MobieTrain, seamlessly connecting to all of your created learning content.
