What can be expected?
By using our API, our clients can get predefined reports of their data, or retrieve information to be used on their own business intelligence platform.
It can also be used for automations, to update information in MobieTrain, coming from an outside system.

How does it work?
To be able to use MobieTrain’s endpoints, our clients should ask their Customer Success Manager to provide an API key, that will allow them to use them securely.
The Customer Success Manager can also provide the client with some details about how to test and use the API.

- Can anyone use the API?
Yes. If the client has the API Key plugin active, and has an API key, he’ll be able to authenticate and use the API. - Do I need any specific software to test and use the API?
No. You can test the API immediately inside the MobieTrain API Swagger Documentation page. Ask your Customer Success Manager how you can do that. - Can I get reports from the API?
Yes. Our list of reports, and the information that they contain, is constantly being worked on and growing. Be mindful that some reports take a long time to generate, depending on the amount of information they have. Please try to not make too many requests at the same time.
