Mobie helps your employees to access the correct knowledge at the correct time, in their flow of work!

Please note that Mobie is based on A.I. technology and currently in beta version. Read through this disclaimer before using it.

Where to find Mobie

Mobie appears on the home screen of your MobieTrain app. It will not be visible in other sections of the application, such as when going through learning content.

Mobie will only be visible if all the conditions below apply:

  • The feature has been enabled by your Customer Success Manager.

  • You have granted access to the user (see next chapters).

  • You have added documents to the A.I. content library (see next chapters).

How to include or exclude users for Mobie usage

Only users that have been added to the 'Mobie Chatbot' user group, will see Mobie in their app.

How to feed knowledge to Mobie

Upload PDF documents in the CMS as the knowledge base for Mobie.

You can:

  • Upload a new PDF: all text in this PDF will be read & memorised by Mobie so Mobie can use it to answer questions of the users in your platform.

  • Replace an existing PDF: Mobie will forget all the knowledge of the previous PDF and then save the new version into its memory.

  • Delete an existing PDF: Mobie will erase all text from that PDF from its memory.

How does Mobie answer a question?

When a user asks a question in the Mobie chat, Mobie will search for the answer to this question within the documents you have uploaded in the CMS. Mobie will always answer in the same language the user asked his question.

What languages does Mobie support?

Mobie supports the languages below.

Albanian, Arabic, Armenian, Basque, Bengali, Bulgarian, Catalan, Chinese (Mandarin), Chinese (Simplified), Croatian, Czech, English, Estonian, Finnish, French, Georgian, German, Greek, Gujarati, Hindi, Hungarian, Indonesian, Irish, Italian, Japanese, Javanese, Korean, Latvian, Lithuanian, Macedonian, Malay, Maltese, Marathi, Mongolian, Nepali, Norwegian, Persian, Polish, Portuguese, Punjabi, Romanian, Russian, Serbian, Slovak, Slovenian, Spanish, Swahili, Swedish , Tamil, Tatar, Telugu, Thai, Turkish, Ukrainian, Urdu, Uzbek, Vietnamese, Welsh, Cantonese.

The technology behind Mobie is however mainly trained on English data. While it can understand and generate text in multiple languages to some extent, its proficiency and performance in languages other than English may not be as robust. This might include limited vocabulary and idiomatic expressions, lack of cultural context, less accurate translations than specialised translation tools and lower grammatical and syntax nuances.

What if Mobie cannot answer a question?

Mobie is trained to always be polite & honest. If he does not know the answer to a question, he'll tell the user. Even better, he'll explain to the user which questions they can ask instead.

The topics that Mobie suggests here are the tags that you enter when you upload a document in the CMS. Please ensure that you always enter all tags in the same language in the CMS. This helps Mobie to better translate the tags into the target language for each individual end-user.
