Release Notes for Data Export

Version 1

Empowering Admins with On-Demand Data Insights

The data Export is designed to streamline data management for our clients, this functionality empowers admins to extract data files directly from our CMS, ensuring seamless access to critical insights at their convenience.

  • On-Demand Insights: Gone are the days of waiting for scheduled reports. With the Data Export, admins can generate data files whenever needed, providing real-time insights to inform decision-making and strategy.

  • Data Extraction: Our platform allows admins to export 9 different date files covering different topics about their user's performance.

This Data Export functionality leverages the existing data endpoints, now made accessible to client admins within our CMS interface. With just a few clicks, admins can select the specific data they need and export it in a CSV format. Whether it's user engagement metrics, course completion rates, or any other pertinent data, our platform puts the power of data extraction directly into the hands of those who need it most.

Data Export serves as the foundation for future enhancements, with plans to expand the range of available data reports and further refine the export process.

Getting started with Data Export is simple. Admins can navigate to the designated section within our CMS, select their desired data report, and easily initiate the export process.

8 steps on how to use the feature:
