â Certifying a Learning
Certifying a learning locks its content, signaling that it's finalized and ready for official use.
Here's how to certify it via the CMS:
Go to the MobieTrain CMS.
Navigate to Learning Paths or any oder content type
Open the content you'd like to certify.
Check if it is published. If it is:
Click the Unpublish button first.
Once unpublished, click the arrow next to 'Publish'.
Select Certify from the dropdown.
A confirmation popup will appearâaccept the consequences of certifying.
After confirmation, your path will be certified. You can now publish it again.
đ Tips and Tricks
Certified learning paths are marked with a certificate icon in the CMS.
Example: "Cooking the Best Lasagna" shows its certified status clearly.
â ď¸ Once a learning path is certified:
You cannot change it.
You cannot delete it.
Make sure all your content is final before certifying!
